At National Jet Company, we make extrusion dies for many different industries.
We make dies with round holes, dies with shaped holes, dies with just a few holes and dies with a few thousand holes. We make holes via mechanical drilling, sinker (or plunge) EDM and wire EDM. We offer tight tolerances on hole depths and diameters. We recognize the importance of precision in all of our work and inspect our dies to insure accuracy and consistency from die to die, hole to hole.
We have a full service machine shop which allows us to manufacture the die blank and body, enabling us to control the entire process. Our reputation for quality, accuracy, and on time delivery has made us a favorite with business and government since 1937.
